By booking a session, using our services, or working with Peak Learning as a tutor, you agree to the terms below.

Booking & Sessions

• Tutoring sessions are arranged according to the agreed schedule.

• Students are expected to attend sessions on time.

• Session details and online meeting information will be provided through the agreed communication channel.

• Students should ensure they have a suitable internet connection and an appropriate learning environment.

• The duration of each session is based on the selected booking or package.

Payments

• Payment must be completed according to the selected tutoring arrangement.

• Available payment methods may include bank transfer and PayPal.

• Prices are communicated before payment.

• Students should confirm the selected service and session/package details before making payment.

• Payment confirmation may be required before sessions are scheduled.

Missed Sessions

If a student does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session may be considered completed.

If the tutor is unavailable or unable to conduct the session, Peak Learning will work with the student to arrange an appropriate alternative.

Academic Results

Peak Learning and its tutors provide educational support and preparation.

However:

• Results vary between students.

• Academic improvement depends on multiple factors.

• No specific score, grade, admission result, or academic outcome is guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing.

Our focus is to provide students with the guidance, preparation, and support needed to work toward their goals.

For Tutors 

Tutor Relationship With Peak Learning 

Tutors working with Peak Learning provide tutoring services through the Peak Learning platform and are expected to maintain professional standards.

Tutors are responsible for:

• Delivering the agreed tutoring sessions

• Being prepared and punctual

• Providing appropriate academic support

• Communicating professionally

• Respecting student privacy

• Following Peak Learning policies

Student Confidentiality

Tutors must protect student information and should not:

• Share student information without authorization

• Publicly discuss private student matters

• Use student information for unrelated purposes

• Share private student materials or communications

Student Relationships

Students introduced through Peak Learning are part of the Peak Learning service relationship.

Tutors must not intentionally bypass Peak Learning to independently arrange or redirect Peak Learning students to private tutoring arrangements without authorization.

This helps protect the student experience and the relationship between Peak Learning, students, and tutors.

Third-Party Platforms

Peak Learning may use third-party services for:

• Online classes

• Video calls

• Scheduling

• Payments

• Communication

• Learning management

Users are also subject to the terms and policies of those platforms when using them.

Changes to Services

Peak Learning may update, improve, modify, or discontinue parts of its services when reasonably necessary.

Where changes significantly affect an existing booking or arrangement, we aim to communicate them appropriately.
